Established in 2001 under the aegis of the Khandesh College Education Society (KCES), Jalgaon, one of the oldest and most distinguished educational societies in the Khandesh region, the College of Engineering and Management (CoEM), Jalgaon has emerged as a premier centre of excellence in engineering, management, vocational, and technical education. Located in the heart of Jalgaon city, the institute is committed to nurturing competent professionals, ethical leaders, and innovative thinkers through quality education and holistic development.

Recognized for its academic excellence, CoEM has been granted Autonomous Status for Engineering (AY 2025–26 to 2029–30) and Management (AY 2026–27 to 2030–31) programmes, enabling industry-oriented curricula, multidisciplinary learning, and academic flexibility in line with NEP 2020. Affiliated with DBATU, Lonere, KBCNMU, Jalgaon, and MSBTE, Mumbai, the institute is approved by AICTE, recognized by the UGC, accredited by NAAC, and approved by the Government of Maharashtra. CoEM offers UG, PG, Diploma, and MBA programmes supported by modern infrastructure, advanced laboratories, innovation centres, and distinguished faculty committed to excellence in teaching, research, and innovation.

The institute offers:

• Six Undergraduate Engineering Programs with a total annual intake of 390 students
• Three Postgraduate Management Programs with a total annual intake of 210 students.
• One Postgraduate Engineering Program with an annual intake of 12 students.
• Five Diploma Programs in Engineering and Technology with a total annual intake of 420 students.

As a hallmark of its autonomous academic framework, CoEM has introduced Honours and Minor Degree Programmes, providing students with the flexibility to pursue multidisciplinary learning and specialization in emerging technologies. The institute offers Minor Degree Programmes in 5G & Advanced Technologies, Data Science, Cyber Security, Smart Computing, Green Energy Technologies, E-Mobility Engineering, Internet of Things (IoT) and Mechanical Design Engineering, and, along with Honours Programmes in Semiconductor Technology & VLSI Design, Robotics & Industrial Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain Technology, Data Science & Analytics, Automation & Control Engineering, Smart Grid Technologies, Electrical Vehicle Engineering and IoT & Industrial Automation. These programmes empower students with advanced technical competencies, interdisciplinary knowledge, and enhanced employability, preparing them for the rapidly evolving global technological landscape.

The MBA Programme, under the umbrella of autonomy, is designed to cultivate future-ready business leaders through an industry-oriented curriculum, experiential learning, case-based pedagogy, live projects, internships, and strong industry interaction. The programme offers Dual Specializations in Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, AI & Machine Learning, Information Systems Management, Production & Operations Management, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Digital Marketing, Cyber Security Management, International Business Management, Project Management, Sports & Event Management, Healthcare Administration, Personnel Administration & Law, Rural Development & Public Policy Management, and Indian Knowledge Systems & Spiritual Management, enabling students to develop multidisciplinary managerial expertise aligned with emerging industry needs.
